Altruists is the second Adult Party Cartoon episode that was lost until 2006 when it was put on the DVD called ''Ren & Stimpy: The Lost Episodes'' and the fifth episode overall.

Plot[]
Ren Höek, renowned lover of humanity, and his friend Stimpy decide that they must do everything in their power to help a couple of misfortunates; a woman and her handicapped (headless) son, by building a house for them. Then some things happen like Stimpy turning into a human and getting knocked up by an angry duck.

- This is the only Adult Party Cartoon episode that wasn’t a scrapped episode for Nickelodeon.
- This is the longest episode of the entire Ren and Stimpy series, clocking in at almost 40 minutes.
- Eric Bauza wrote the “Sawing Wood” sequence in this episode.
(it's unknown if Stimpy had a Sicilian or a Neapolitan accent in the Roof scene in the italian dub)
